  • Many parts of the brain contain some prewiring

    • Ex: Auditory processing, visual processing, motor control etc
  • The newly evolved parts of the brain are more open ended and do not come prewired as compared to the older layers

    • In newer regions, we don’t see modular operations but a highly interactive and distributed operational structure.
